It was time for an interim status in the German-Australian ZIM project “Green Patch”. Together with the Lusatian project partners NagolaRe, mechakon and the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU) (Department of Polymer-Based Lightweight Construction, PbL as well as the Australian cooperation partner The University of Queensland, the LuTraCo team gained an overview of the current project developments on site in Lusatia.

Initial successes and current challenges were discussed together in order to tackle the next steps as efficiently and successfully as possible. The goal: Innovative products with international export potential from Lusatia & for Lusatia!

The exciting insights into the field tests at the Jänschwalde site and the manufacturing technology at Fraunhofer PYCO in Wildau provided a good impression of the work done so far and enabled a haptic impression of the final product.
